Thanks to everyone who showed up!
On Sunday, March 27th, volunteers gathered at the Cedar Rose Saloon. We walked along Crystal Mountain Road from Clarkston Road all the way to the gate at the end. We filled 10 bags with trash from the roadside, as well as a lot of larger metal and plastic debris.
Chris Rasmussen put the rake on his tractor and followed us, tidying the road surface, and hauling the big stuff.
We handed out flyers to residents to raise awareness of the website and our fundraising drive to buy gravel for the first section of road. Public response was largely positive and supportive. Thanks to everyone who took part!!
